AAR to announce third quarter fiscal year 2025 results on March 27, 2025
Wood Dale, Illinois — AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR), a leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, today announced that it will release financial results for its third quarter of fiscal year 2025, ended February 28, 2025, after the close of the New York Stock Exchange trading session on Thursday, March 27, 2025.
On Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 4 p.m. Central time, AAR will hold a conference call to discuss the results. A listen-only webcast and slides can be accessed at https://edge.media-server.com/mmc/p/htoknnom. AAR announces public offering of 3,000,000 shares of common stock
Wood Dale, Illinois — AAR CORP. (“AAR” or the “Company”) (NYSE: AIR), a leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, announced today that it has commenced an underwritten registered public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock. In addition, the Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of the Company’s common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
