AAR to announce third quarter fiscal year 2022 results on March 22, 2022

Wood Dale, Illinois— AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR),a leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, today announced that it will release financial results for its third quarter of fiscal year 2022, ended February 28, 2022, after the close of the New York Stock Exchange trading session on Tuesday, March 22, 2022.

On Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at 3:45 p.m. Central time, AAR will hold a conference call to discuss the results. The conference call can be accessed by dialing 866-802-4322 from inside the United States or +1 703-639-1319 from outside the United States.

A replay of the conference call will also be available by dialing 855-859-2056 from inside the United States or +1 404-537-3406 from outside the United States (access code 2031289). The replay will be available from 7:15 p.m. Central time on March 22, 2022, until 10:59 p.m. Central time on March 29, 2022.

AAR to acquire Aircraft Reconfig Technologies, expanding its engineering and certification capabilities and creating additional revenue streams

(NYSE: AIR), a leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, announced today it has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase Aircraft Reconfig Technologies, a leading aircraft interiors engineering company, from ZIM Aircraft Cabin Solutions for $35 million in an all-cash transaction, subject to customary adjustments. Upon closing, the acquisition will immediately expand AAR’s engineering and certification capabilities in its Repair & Engineering segment, allowing AAR to further differentiate itself as the leading MRO provider in North America.
