AAR Showcases its Rotorcraft Products and Services at Heli-Expo

WOOD DALE, Illinois — AAR (NYSE: AIR) is showcasing its diverse products, services and capabilities for helicopter manufacturers and operators at the Heli-Expo, 2013 trade show March 4-7 in Las Vegas.
Widely recognized for its support of fixed-wing aircraft, AAR is focusing on the rotary-wing market during Heli-Expo, the world’s largest helicopter trade show and exposition. AAR’s exhibition showcases the Company’s broad array of capabilities that range from machining and fabrication to modifications and aftermarket support. AAR announces public offering of 3,000,000 shares of common stock
Wood Dale, Illinois — AAR CORP. (“AAR” or the “Company”) (NYSE: AIR), a leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, announced today that it has commenced an underwritten registered public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock. In addition, the Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of the Company’s common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
