AAR to Announce Second Quarter 2003 Results on December 19

WOOD DALE, Ill., /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AAR (NYSE: AIR) today announced that it will release financial results for its second quarter of Fiscal 2003 ended November 30, 2002, before the market opens on Thursday, December 19.

At 10:30 a.m. CST, AAR will hold a conference call to discuss the results. The conference call can be accessed via dial-in (1-719-457-2665; conference code 788192). A replay of the call will be available (1-719-457-0820; conference code 788192) from approximately 1 p.m. CST on December 19 until Midnight, on Thursday, December 26, 2002.

AAR signs new component repair agreement with Cebu Pacific
