WOOD DALE, Ill., /PRNewswire/ -- AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR) announced today that David E. Prusiecki, Vice President of Defense Programs, has been elected an Officer of the Company. Prusiecki, who has been with AAR since 1979, oversees the Company's marketing that interfaces with the US and foreign government agencies in support of its supply, repair and logistics businesses.
David P. AAR signs new component repair agreement with Cebu Pacific

Both organizations manage maintenance work for NATO.
