AAR’s Jennifer L. Vogel and Ellen M. Lord named to 2023 Most Influential Women Corporate Board Directors by WomenInc.

Wood Dale, Illinois — AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR), a leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, congratulates Jennifer L. Vogel and Ellen M. Lord on being named to WomenInc.’s list of the 2023 Most Influential Women Corporate Board Directors.

Ms. Vogel and Ms. Lord joined AAR’s Board of Directors in 2016 and 2021, respectively. Ms. Vogel draws from decades of expertise in the aviation and energy industries and drives AAR’s people-first culture as the Chairman of AAR’s Human Capital and Compensation Committee. Ms. Lord’s robust aviation and defense background includes formerly serving as the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment for the United States Department of Defense. She recently shared her insights and lessons learned with AAR employees in a Companywide fireside chat.
