AAR participates in OSHA Safe + Sound Week 2024, highlighting its commitment to workplace health and safety
AAR team members in Rockford, Illinois, participated in personal protective equipment and fire safety challenges, among other activities, to enhance their understanding of safety practices during OSHA’s Safe + Sound Week 2024.
Wood Dale, Illinois — AAR CORP., a leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, actively participated in OSHA’s Safe + Sound Week 2024, a nationwide event highlighting the importance of workplace safety and health programs.
The week of August 12, 2024, AAR facilities across the globe engaged in a series of activities designed to reinforce the Company’s commitment to the highest standards of workplace safety. Team members trained on ergonomics, fire safety, and CPR, and also conducted safety audits, held safety-focused discussions, and participated in a variety of other activities that emphasized continuous improvement. The Company’s proactive safety culture recognizes the importance of equipping team members with the tools and knowledge needed to identify and mitigate risks in the workplace.
