Non-destructive testing (NDT) capabilities
MRO Services - Oklahoma, located in Oklahoma City at the Will Rogers World Airport, is authorized to perform NDT in all disciplines. Our experienced inspection staff consists of Level 3 and Level 2 technicians who are NAS 410 Certified. We maintain a superior line of equipment to perform routine NDT inspections on a variety of commercial, regional, and business aircraft.
Magnetic particle
- Portable AC/DC Yoke and Stationary 4,000 AMP Bench Unit
- OEM requirments and / or ASTM-E 1444
Flourescent penetrant
- Stationary and portable penetrant inspections performed
- All inspections meet OEM requirements and / or ASTM E-1417
Eddy current
- Fully capable of performing all surface and subsurface requirements
- Coating measurements and conductivity testing
Ultrasound inspection
- Latest technology in composites, Kevlar, fiberglass and bonded
- Honeycomb inspections
- Longitudinal beam, shear wave, and surface wave inspections
