AAR to announce third quarter fiscal year 2023 results on March 21, 2023
Wood Dale, Illinois — AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR), a leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, today announced that it will release financial results for its third quarter of fiscal year 2023, ended February 28, 2023, after the close of the New York Stock Exchange trading session on Tuesday, March 21, 2023.
On Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at 3:45 p.m. Central time, AAR will hold a conference call to discuss the results. The conference call can be accessed by registering at
https://register.vevent.com/register/BI9cbe1c3098294c4c87bdcf35609d3f2c . Once registered, participants will receive a dial-in number and a unique PIN that will allow them to access the
call.

AAR announces divestiture of non-core Landing Gear Overhaul business to optimize portfolio
Wood Dale, Illinois — AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR), a leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to divest its Landing Gear Overhaul business to GA Telesis. The transaction is valued at $51 million and is expected to close in the first quarter of the 2025 calendar year, subject to customary and regulatory closing conditions. The divestiture will be immediately accretive to margins and earnings.
