Biography
Hema Widhani, Principal, Chief Experience, Brand, and Marketing Officer of Edward Jones, was appointed to the AAR Board of Directors in 2025.
Ms. Widhani has served in multiple CXO roles in the areas of customer experience, data, digital, and marketing transformation. In her role at Edward Jones, she is responsible for client experience as well as brand and marketing. Her charter is to transform the CX with a digital, data, and tech-forward strategy. She also serves on the Enterprise Leadership Team for Edward Jones.
Prior to this, Ms. Widhani was the Chief Digital & Marketing Officer for Prudential Financial and also served as the Chief Customer Officer for Prudential preceding that role. Before Prudential, she held various digital and customer focused leadership roles at E*TRADE, Citibank, and the WPP group.
Ms. Widhani earned a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of International Business from Lancaster University.
